All you have to do to print your free card is select the city, county or township you live in.

It’s that simple! Tell all of your friends, neighbors or relatives that don’t have prescription plan coverage about the Coast2Coast Rx Card so they too can save on their prescriptions.

By the way, anyone can print out any card even if they don’t live in one of the listed cities, counties or townships as the cards are usable anywhere in the U.S.
